When will my goods be shipped?
If you order by 12:00 p.m. and payment is received on time, your item will be shipped on the same working day. It couldn't be any faster!
Which service provider will my order be sent with?
To ensure that your order reaches you safely, we use UPS as a reliable shipping partner. You can find the shipping prices both here and in the checkout area.
Ordered several items? No problem! Contact us for reduced shipping costs through our practical combined shipping. Shipping with DHL is also possible within Germany upon request.
Attention, self-collectors: no shipping costs for you! You are welcome to pick up your order in person or organize shipping yourself.
Will I receive an invoice?
Of course, we will issue you an invoice with VAT for every order. This way you always keep an overview!
I come from the EU and have a valid VAT ID:
Perfect! Simply send us your order together with your VAT ID by email or using our contact form. We will be happy to create an invoice for you without VAT. You also have the option to enter your VAT ID during checkout in order to receive a VAT-free invoice.
Is express delivery possible?
Time is money! Choose Express Shipping at checkout and your package will be processed with the highest priority and sent via Express. So your order will be with you in a flash!

Return policy included?
Of course! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you have the right to return a purchased item to us within 30 days without giving any reason. Your purchase price will be refunded immediately.
